2. What are the age requirements for the Kids Club? 

In the Ladies First Kids Club we accept children ages 6 months – 12 years old

3. Are the classes included with my membership?

Yes! We offer over 50 classes each week and they are included in your membership. We have a few paid classes which include:

5. How do I cancel my gym membership or a service such as childcare or tanning?

All cancellations require a 30-day written notice. You can email your cancellation request to: ladiesfirstcustomercare@gmail.com, fax it to 661-942-6497, or stop into Ladies First to fill out the appropriate form. In most cases, you will be billed 1 final payment after you have submitted the cancellation request to fulfill the 30 day requirement.

6.What services can I add to my monthly membership?

We offer a wide variety of services at Ladies First including: childcare, tanning, aqua massage, towel and water service, air brush tanning, teeth whitening, and personal training. All services can be added to your monthly membership dues.

7. What are the perks of being a Ladies First Member?

Ladies First greatly appreciates each and every member. As a thank you, we offer perks especially to our members which include: $10.00 off an hour long facial or massage service, free sampling promotions, 10-day guest passes for friends and family, discounts on personal training, tanning, aqua massage and childcare and free seminars on health, beauty and nutrition.

8. How do I enroll for a membership at Ladies First? 

Enrolling is quick and easy! We can sign you up at the front desk or over the phone by calling 661-942-6496. We will need your ID and a form of payment. Most memberships start at just $1.00 a day! 

 

9. Do you offer guest passes or trial memberships?

YES! If you would like to come by Ladies First for a quick tour we can set you up with a complimentary trial membership that will allow you to use the gym, take classes, relax in our spa area and see all Ladies First has to offer. All local guests will receive a 3-day pass and all out of town guests will be charged the day fee of $10.00.

10. Do you have family membership plans?

We offer a variety of different membership plans including add-on memberships. Any adult over the age of 18 can add on a daughter, sibling or relative under the age of 18 for a discounted membership rate. Call us at 661-942-6496 for pricing.

11. What options do I have if I want to sign up for Personal Training?

Ladies First provides affordable personal training packages to fit into every budget. Personalized training is the quickest way to weight loss success. Call a Membership Specialist at 661-942-6496 for all the details about what package would work best for you.

12. Do I need to be in shape before I start the Fitness Bootcamp?

No, our Bootcamp is designed for all ages and fitness levels. Our trainers have designed a program that can be modified to each client’s individual needs. From weight loss to muscle toning, our Bootcamp will help you achieve it all.

13. Do I need to be a member of Ladies First to take classes?

No, you can purchase a single class pass for $10.00 or a 5-pack of classes for just $35.00.

14. Do I need to bring anything with me when I come to workout?

Ladies First provides all equipment and a locker room for changing and storing your personal belongings. It is suggested for you to bring a towel and water with you, however, we also provide these for a small charge. 

15. Do you match other gym’s prices?

Yes. If you currently belong to another gym we will match your current rate as low as $29.00 per month with proof of membership. Proof can be in the form of a statement from the other gym or copy of your bank statement with information noted on charge.

16. Why am I charged an annual enhancement fee?

The enhancement fee allows Ladies First to keep our membership rates low and to ensure we are always providing our members with the highest quality equipment and cleanliness. We provide our members with free sampling promotions, free health, beauty and nutrition seminars, free specialty classes and free trials of all our services.

17. I need to put my membership on a freeze, what do I do? 

Our members can put their memberships on a freeze for a maximum of 6 months. A freeze lowers your monthly rate to just $8.00 per month during the freeze period and suspends your gym membership. The freeze is a great option for members going out of town, scheduling a surgery, or while on maternity leave. A 30-day notice is required for all freeze requests. To submit a freeze request you can email: ladiesfirstcustomercare@ladiesfirstrocks.com, fax written request to 661-942-6497, or stop into Ladies First to fill out the appropriate form.
